Literally every such objection is based on exceptional work by females being routinely overlooked and such snubs being handwaved by vague allusions to merit based choices. As if thousands of old boys clubs haven't served their own interests for centuries. Like I hate dumb misrepresented arguments like itt. Considering, outside of hip hop, i prefer female vocalists, this isn't from a place you may think i'm coming from.
