Like it doesn't need to be explicitly stated at every opportunity that they don't want them winning "just because" as it goes without saying. Except that's not what they're saying, if they literally frame it in '#metoo' and 'year of women' arguments. Case in point - how many awards must women win, regardless of quality, to be 'fair?' --- 'It's okay that those gangbangers stole all my personal belongings and cash at gunpoint, cuz they're building a rec center!' - OneTimeBen ...
