you make fun of them? why? people who deal with stress and anxiety sometimes use pets like that as a way to cope with it. Especially in public. Autistic people also sometimes have them and they're trained to help them through potential fits that might occur...what's the issue with emotional support animals? Or do you just think its "soft sjw hogwash"? I admit, a peacock is a bit extreme and this could be a case of this woman trying to avoid a storage and transportation fee...or maybe it really is her pet and she deals with something that the animal helps her through. if its the latter i don't see any reason to mock it. its not hurting me or you.
