Having two Tidus LMRs isn't totally useless since I can use the water boost, but I would have spent my $30 on something else if I'd known about the banner (since I would have waited to select). Guys who have Tidus CSB/USB - are you giving him Thunder God Mode RM? I think it's the way to go. But you probably still need at least one other character with a solid water SB to get sub 30.
