I don't believe we should abandon those less fortunate. we offer up help to everyone. some of them reject the help. in order to sleep in shelters or take part in services to help you out, you have to follow certain rules like not taking drugs. these people would rather just sleep on the street and get high. it's hard to feel sorry for them.
