Seems like there should be some sort of provision to allow for immediate execution in extreme cases. We know this guy has killed two people, and he was already in jail when he did that. What else are we gonna do at this point? Here's the thing. There's plenty of people in jail who haven't even been convicted, they're awaiting trial and can't afford bail. and like it or not, we still have laws and courts.
