Seems like there should be some sort of provision to allow for immediate execution in extreme cases. We know this guy has killed two people, and he was already in jail when he did that. The dude obviously isn't being rehabilitated because he's murdered two more people since bring in prison. If I'm going to lose any sleep over who he killed is besides the point, someone is already in prison and you're murdering them and trying to act like it's a righteous thing when in reality you most likely just like killing people and there's nothing deeper to it. It's someone you can either leave on prison for life taking a fuck ton of taxpayer money, or you can go through the current death penalty system where it cost taxpayers even more than leaving you in prison for life and you're still likely going to sit it out for over a decade before they actually do it anyways.
