He was recording the sideline and then the Down and distance on the big screen. So he was recording something that every single player or coach as well as every single fan in the building could see.

This isn't even close to what spygate was wtf are you talking about.

I'm talking about actual facts since you early have no clue what those actually are. I don't want to hear about your conspiracy theory nonsense.

There is no conspiracy multiple former employees of the Patriots have admitted to taping practices and defensive signals from other teams. It's readily available testimony but your admitted bias refuses to knowledge these facts. I am indifferent to whether the Patriots win or lose but Spygate was absolutely more than what you attempted to sugar coat it as.

There is one employee who said he was there to set up equipment of the Rams walkthrough but there was no.videotape. the Herald who initially reported that story issued an apology because it was quite obviously not a reliable source whatsoever. Plus that story came out after the Patriots had already been punished for their spygate recordings.

There has never even been accusations of recording practices other than that walkthrough, unless we count conspiracy theorist like you. And like has been proven already, recording defensive signals is not illegal. And why would they be? Tens of thousands of people can see them, what benefit is there to recording them?

I've had this debate with people far smarter and more knowledgeable than you, and it's always ended the same way.
