lmfao, no. McCabe testified before Congress that the FISA warrant would have been impossible to get without the dossier.

4. The FISA application has to be renewed ever 90 days based on new information, i.e. they cannot reuse information already used to gain the initial warrant.
5. John Kelly, the President's Chief of Staff, said it's not as damning as they would have hoped.

So?

6. Devin Nunes, the "author" of the memo, did not write the memo nor did he actually read the FISA applications.

Who cares who wrote it? The facts in it are what matters.

7. Trey Gowdy, who helped draft the memo, said memo does not discredit Mueller's Russia investigation.

I didn't expect the memo to put an end to the investigation.
