It took a couple of weeks (to a month) before the OTK list became popular and it was quickly agreed upon it was just better. That's why I don't think value raza lists are really going to be a thing. Like without the OTK they lose a lot of the advantage they have over cube and control warlock, and probably also instantly lose to big spell mage. On top of that the spiteful priest matchup swaps (right now raza is slightly favored imo.
