Fran BSB Honestly, if you get at least a new BSB and it's on a character you don't have anything better for, I consider that an ok pull, which is this case for me. Even if Fran's BSB is pretty outdated, it's still an AoE Full Breakdown with Attack Breakdown and Mental Breakdown commands.
