Topic	This 13 y/o Ohio Girl was Punished with a BOY HAIRCUT by her DAD!! Look at It!!.

That being said, it's particularly unfortunate for a girl at that age, because girl's and boy's faces basically look indistinguishable from the other gender until they are late teens. But she's 13 though, so she shouldn't really be into that kind of stuff for a while anyway. If there's a question of shared custody, however, I would argue that this definitely crosses lines of parental control. Regardless, knowing kids and how crazy they can be about their hair, I would consider this abusive regardless.
