Conveniently leaving out that the kid was a child soldier, was tortured in gitmo in order to extract a confession (that was immediately recanted as soon as he left), was convicted by a discredited military tribunal, and all of the witnesses to his "crime" (Speer's squadmates) have since recanted their testimony and stated that they do not know who threw the grenade that killed Speer.
