I paid $600 for my Turtles tattoo because i got a deal (a guy cancelled and he called me saying he had an opening if I still wanted, gave me a discounted day. In Thailand however it can be pretty cheap. I paid about $300usd for my teddy bear and that took over 4 hours and the artist is considered one of the best, if not the best water colour tattooist in southern Thailand. Regular shops are as low as $30/hour.
