Topic	Was Dragon Ball Z the first anime you saw?

Tough time for a very young me. I think I still have a crush on Gourry. What I didn't get was how the opening had like, 5 characters that weren't even in the show. At least for the tapes I had. Idk. I remember it leading up to a big fight with that shabranigdo guy and bam the tapes just stop lol Yeah the fight with Sharpie Negro happens pretty early in the series for how big of a fight it was and how much a threat he was supposed to be.
