Cid and Marche USBs are the only relics that would really be amazing. The LMRs are ok, but really only worth it if you also get the USB. I much prefer the OK Ninja package with double instant cast, which I got after lots of mythril, over Ramza's BSB2 and LMR. Alma USB is super awkward on a healer, since it lacks any kind of medica.
