This a girl that I know personally. She has thick legs/thighs/hourglass shape/and a butt however she's not fat. Chick works out like 6 days a week and has a flat stomach. Thick has always originally meant that exactly what I posted above, thick thighs, hips, legs, (with breasts being a nice addition) etc, not necessarily fat although it is definitely possible to be both.
