It's a whole different game basically. Garioshi posted... Damn, you're right. Will try that the next time I play Mercs, which will probably be after I finish going through all campaigns on Veteran. It can take some practice, getting it down just right. The window to counter is pretty small imo so don't feel discouraged if it takes some getting used to. Also, make sure you're collecting all the time bonuses BEFORE you engage enemies. Collect ammo and herbs during this time as well. You're going to want to find the best route that allows you to do this in the shortest amount of time. Every second in mercenaries counts. And if you can't get the combo to 50 before it breaks, don't even bother. You get a point boost at 50 combo. If I break the combo before then, I usually just restart. --- walk like thunder ...
