Surely there are other options? She's been though the system at least 3 times. That means the hospitals to halfway houses to other assisted living and she does well but then eventually leaves (on her own will) but now she doesn't want to enter the system again. My dad dropped her off in front of a hospital the other night but she didn't want to check herself in so she spent a night on the streets.
