Nope. I live as much off the grid as I possibly can, and most cash people want from me are to help pay off the debts of others in a social spending system I was born into with no way of escaping. Outside of a few instances its impossible to live in a first world cou try without paying a bill to somebody. Well, at least if you were BORN in those countries.
