If that was the case, why does the option to contest moderations exist? (And even that fails sometimes. My go-to example being when I got modded for censor bypass, because I posted in a topic (that I didn't create) that had a censor bypass in the topic title. Naturally I didn't know what the hell they were on about so contested to ask; was told "it's in the topic title". Of the topic I didn't create.
