Issue: some people tell me wet (canned) food is better because it has less conservatives. Others tell me dogs need to chew hard stuff or they will lose their teeth or get teeth issues since nothing cleans the teeth

dog's love the crunchy dog food. just get it a brand it will eat (provided it isn't low quality) wet food does bad things to teeth over time.
