Topic	ever not tipped at a restaurant?

I was actually going to tip her like 2 bucks but when she came around to see how we were doing she said "happy now" This is an actually a legitimate reason to not tip, but if your server isnt the reason why your dining experience was under par, dont finanically punish the messenger Agreed.
