Topic	ever not tipped at a restaurant?

I was out with my gf once and she ordered a drink. The guy brought the wrong flavor, which is fine, but then told her that what he brought is what she ordered. She didn't stand up for herself and just accepted the drink, but was upset about it. So then I had to be a dick to him and tell him to bring the right drink. Whole situation pissed me off pretty bad.
