There are some crimes so heinous that I feel like the best thing to do is temporarily omit the outlaw of cruel and unusual punishment in the US. Their punishment should be both unusual, and cruel by design. Oh yeah going back to this. Nah, I don't believe in adding more evil to evil by torturing people. A nice clean bullet through the head would sure work for me though.
