How do you expect schools to pay police wages and for all sorts of security equipment when most cant even afford to have a music class

Who cares about music classes? Besides, if you read my post I mention how schools can pay for it.

There was a sheriff at the school when the shooting started. This isn't a gun issue. It's a mental health and a culture where violence against others is seen as a valid solution to a problem issue.

I did not know about the sheriff on campus.

I agree, it is a mental health issue and something must be done about it. The only thing I can think of is providing free mental care services to everyone. Teachers can report suspicious students, etc. It would be something at least.
