At least he said a long term support is planned. They basically create a team of 10 people to visit forums/stream/let's play and take in feedback. Hell, one of my suggestion (save & quit feature) is being considered right now. They are also working for an expansion (free fo backer, and unknown price for non backer) with a new character (i suspect theresa from the tutorial) and additional cut feature from the kickstarter campagin will be added. Patch 1.03 is being certified atm. Will roll out in few days.
