The harsh truth is nothing can stop this, not a fucking gun ban, not fucking gun control, there's not a single thing you can do to stop people like this from killing people if they want to but you can limit it. you can't stop anything. people still drive drunk, people still steal, people still do a lot of things....but we have laws in place that not only punish those who do wrong but also prevent others from doing wrong for fear of punishment. Do you think every single person who takes an uber home from the bar does so because they are morally obligated to do so? Not all of them...many of them do it because they're too afraid of getting caught and getting busted. in those cases the law helped LIMIT the number of people driving drunk...it doesn't stop it completely but it still does good. --- Dallas Cowboys: 1 - 1 ...
