I mean I guess it's just because I haven't seen enough of them to associate the voices with the people? Like I can associate the name with the sprite but that doesn't tell me who's voice is whose during the video. I don't really have a solution though (from what I've seen no-cam multiplayer LPs that are popular either start with very small teams of like 2-3 people or have people that are already popular before starting, so their voices are easily distinguishable)

I second this.

Well, the first solution I could think of was to give subtitles or other visual indication (maybe the sprite is highlighted) of who's talking but that's a LOT of work so yeah. Or prerecording, tell people to say other's names more often.
