I also like Static the squirrel, Tangy the cat, and my top favorite: Goldie the dog. My family had a dog named Goldie in real life (different breed than the AC Goldie though) for nearly 15 years, even before I knew what Animal Crossing even was. She unfortunately passed away in early 2013. A couple months later, I bought AC New Leaf the day it was released and started my first new town. Sure enough, who was there waiting for me, the first time I had ever had her as one of my AC neighbors? Goldie. That's crazy, I remember Goldie was the first neighbor I ever met back in the GC version.
