When they fail to apprehend a kid who was threatening teachers with violence and had the police called on him 39 separate times, that's probably an indication that they have misappropriated their personnel. Before he shot anyone, what did they have to get him for? Thought crime? I though alt-right folks don't believe in that. Only when it benefits them.
