Weve resorted to treating every issue with psychotropic drugs, which may successfully control the primary issue, but creates new ones. 99.9% of people on medication never shoot up a place. If SSRI drugs are a factor, this would be expected. Most people are "ok". Some small percentage want to kill themselves, and an even smaller percentage may hear voices telling them to go on a rampage.
