You're relax chill day. 1-5 valuable hours gone, possibly more in that little free time you have. It's like going to church, another waste of time. My ex would go every saturday (7th day advenstist and sit and listen to nonsense that she only has in mind when shes at church, and then do whatever the fuck she wants outside of church and epxected me to go do that bullshit with her.
