you say Christians get made fun of but people generalize Muslims as terrorists

It's true that there are people who generalize Muslims as terrorist, but it's a fact that in the middle east, speaking ill of the Muslim religion or the prophet Muhammad can get you killed. You can even get killed for apostacy (leaving the religion).

Honestly though, you're also generalizing Christians throughout this whole topic as well. You're not any better.

Maybe persecution is a strong word;

Finally you're getting something right.

It is entirely acceptable to paint all Christians as members of the westboro baptist church or whatever caricature critics choose. The same cannot be done without severe backlash to any other religious group. These are facts. These /ARE/ the reasons I feel a Christian may believe they're persecuted, moreover dude, if a group more in the minority felt persecuted and you didn't feel they were persecuted you wouldn't berate them for feeling that way, but you will with Christians.

I agree that grouping Christians as radicalists is very dishonest, but I'm surprise you can't see why people make fun of the Christian religion more than Islam or Judaism, because the majority of people are also Christians or used to be. They would know more about the Christian religion than they would about Judaism or Islam. When you know more about something, it's a lot easier to make fun of it than it is to make fun of something you don't have a full knowledge or comprehend of.
