Since the day you were born the US has had the ability to exterminate nearly all of the population of North Korea overnight and has had targetting solutions programmed in to do exactly that. Why would some drones scare Kim Jong Un more than the sword hanging over his entire country? You're comparing total annihilation of a country to a single undetectable night time operation to destroy a single are of a building? Kim would be aware of a large incoming military campaign to dispose him. Compare that to the possibility that at any time a small aerial craft could kill him with no warning and yes that is much scarier. --- Sometimes people come along and they want to change things.
