Paypal tends to side with the buyer in the majority of cases. really? even after so much time? what are they like "whoops i forgot i hated this" and paypal is like "oh yeah sure dude np" "This isn't what I paid for/ the quality is not up to the artist's standards" And the latter is, in a twisted way like the guy is thinking, not entirely wrong.
