I've heard these games are notorious for the amount of grinding and upkeep required. Is it as bad as I've heard? Monster Hunter World is the most noob and casual friendly version of the series yet. It is very easy to get into and has tons of weapons that balances out and will probably fit your playstyle. SO far it is the easiest version of the previous version IMO but still incredibly challenging and fun. There is grinding. Some armor requires a specific material that's very rare to get from the monster. I legit slayed Anjanath like 10 times and still didn't get its fucking Gem like 2 weeks ago. But there are special mission that gives you better chances to get rare items. I don't see it as grinding. Fighting the monsters is the CORE of the game and it never gets old to me. The grinding isn't as bad as MMORPGs where you legit have to spend hours upon hours killing mobs just to get .01 EXP. --- I'm Veggeta X's alt ... Copied to Clipboard! |
