Yes...ish.

It's very likely that Russia would have curbed Germany and, with its resources freed up, could have stopped Japan shortly after. However, Japan spent a lot of time and manpower fighting in the pacific and, had they not had to do so, could have also inflicted critical damage on Russia. Plus, American soldiers were responsible for making the split that lead to Hitler's downfall more sever. So if they hadn't Germany may have been able to throw far more troops to the eastern front.

I think the allies would have still WON, but things would be a lot worse.
