If actual proof is presented that the Russian government hacked the US elections, then yes, I'll admit I'm wrong. As for propaganda, it's always been there. RT obviously exists, and it's partly government-funded. As I've said before, during the campaign RT showed preference for Sanders and Trump (in that order).
