If you got some ankle jewelry you did something to get put on house arrest, if you don't have a court order then you aren't really on house arrest... I'm on house arrest from my mom. going outside with dogs and gang infested area where everyone stays strapped is the same thing. I need a car I live in small country town there's nothing surrounding my town but fruit trees so yes I am in house arrest because I can't do anything without a car. --- It's cumbia time!
