| Topic | My local school district canceled the day due to a threat |
| JCvgluvr 02/23/18 1:43:08 PM #15: | Some of the teachers who had the day off today used it to protest gun control in the local park. I'm looking at some of them post on Facebook. It seems really tense. But no actual violence has been declared thus far. Questionmarktarius posted... He's also going to get several years in juvie or possibly even "grownup" prison. I have yet to hear of any singular student getting punished for this. Makes me think the kid who wanted to get off school just leaked a "rumor that he heard." Pisses me off because it really feels like he, or she I guess, is getting away with ruining some perfectly good events for hundreds of people tonight. Jen0125 posted... He probably saw it on the news? I heard about it personally from my sister last night. She attends the high school that received the threat.
