I'm not tossing it out. I just think you're misleadingly representing it as some sort of academic consensus, instead of properly putting it in the context of other studies. And YOU aren't properly putting those other studies in context of this one. If you're looking at the whole picture, there's nothing even close to enough evidence to conclude that teachers are more likely to shoot black students.
