Sure, Brosnan was no vocal talent, but he really puts his heart into the role, and the results are actually entertaining. Firth and Baranski were quietly fantastic in their roles, but Streep really just came off as this vapid, dopey sort of flower child, and it's not the first time I've felt this way.
