I, personally, would mod Skooma to slow down time by 5% restore 2 health and 5 stamina per second, slightly blur the screen and add mild night vision for two minutes, then when it's over have a "Skooma crash" effect that reduces stamina restoration by 75% for five minutes. Use of Skooma and Moon-Sugar is said to cause altering states of euphoria and lethargy. And the effects would NOT stack, don't wanna break the game.
