Some pollsters (IIRC, the prediction from FiveThirtyEight) were criticized by liberals for giving Trump too high of a chance of winning the election. I don't remember if they were actually persuaded into lowering his chances, but that just goes to show that polling should always be taken with a pinch of salt. --- No one shall expel us from the Paradise that Cantor has created.
