| Topic | Is this the best/only possible roster for a YuYu Hakusho fighting game? |

YYH is the GOAT anime, but in the West, it was always in the shadow of DBZ. creativeme posted... although i don't really think doctor or sniper has enough moves. Yeah, I actually debated on whether or not to include Doctor at all. Though I guess his Psychic Scalpel could provide an interesting playstyle. Same with Sniper's perfect markmanship (though in a fighting game, always-accurate projectiles would be kind of cheap). creativeme posted... i think the ps2 game and the gba game were the only 2 we got. then the snes had a few fighters in japan. We only got three games: Spirit Detective and Tournament Tactics on the GBA, and Dark Tournament on the PS2. And all of them were shit. Funnily enough, soon after Dark Tournament came out, Japan got a very-similar-but-much-better fighter called "YuYu Hakusho Forever". I can't think of any reason for that game to exist--considering that YYH was off the Japanese radar for over a decade at that point--except to show that they could make a better game than Atari did. creativeme posted... holy crap just seen there's a new ova coming out this year? so guess if they did come back with a game this would be the year if the ova gets a lot of praise and they bring the show back for another airing.
