Incels probably buy more games with them though... it's a financial play more than artistic.
If that were true and so many people dislike them, wouldn't it be smarter to *not* include them?
I haven't seen any sex scenes in games other than actual porn games, but I don't see why the concept of sex in games is such a bad thing anyway, at least compared to violence. Unlike violence, people most people do have a sexual drive, and have sex and/or masturbate. It's a totally natural thing unlike violence which should only be used when absolutely necessary. If you're gonna label people who enjoy it in games as thirsty perverts, then you'd have to call anyone who enjoys the graphic violence of Mortal Kombat as equally unbalanced.
Humans are naturally violent. Just open a history book. ---
