You let somebody live for years doing absolutely nothing with their life, not developing as a person, not improving their skill set, and then you throw them out with no way to fend for themselves? You endorse that lifestyle then change your mind? You're assuming the parents haven't taken steps to better said person's situation. Maybe they looked for jobs for the person, got them interviews or offered to pay for schooling and gave them a cut-off date. I'm also assuming the parents aren't gaping assholes, but since we only have the word of one person to go by, neither of us will ever know the truth. --- I wrote a horror short story collection.
