It bothers me. I took many writing classes in college. Those classes conditioned me to write professionally. To me, raw knowledge is best conveyed without having it diluted with personal feelings. Ideally, it falls upon only the audience to feel things towards raw data. YouTubers taint such data with crude jokes and inane chattering. Yeah there are pros and cons to both, but I have to admit nowadays I find it quicker and easier to simply quickly look at a YouTube guide.
