I think the anime does a good job of covering the major events, but the manga lets the characters breathe a bit more. It's mostly those extra little moments that make the manga better. There's more interaction and you get a little more insight into the characters. Plus, I love the bonus panel at the end of each chapter because those are usually hilarious (Like Chizuru doing a Google search on "What to do when you find two people who fell down the stairs").

Like, I could give you a couple of moments in the manga that I thought were great that didn't get into the anime. They aren't essential to the plot so you probably wouldn't even notice the difference if you haven't seen the anime recently, but they're nice little moments. Rena's breakdown in the clinic after they fall down the stairs is expanded on more in the manga, and I think it makes her a bit more sympathetic as a result.

Also, Chizuru's dislike of An is more on display in the manga, and it's great. Like when Kaizaki hugs her thinking she's his old boss, she asks him afterward if he did the same thing with An when she visited. When he says no, she gives him this coy smile, and it's great.
